According to the 2012-2014 Corporate Culture Building Planning and Implementation Program of Tongwei Group, the company lately officially initiated the 2013 corporate culture building.
The main content of the culture building includes:1. Keep consolidating the building of cultural demonstration bases, through which a standardized mechanism of corporate culture promotion will be formed; 2. Work with professional institutions and experts to collect and compile stories on corporate culture, which will constitute the kernel teaching material together with Chairman Liu’s works. 3. Make full use of the platform of HR assessments, trainings, and conferences. 4.Improve and perfect the code of conduct for staff, providing a clear framework within which employees are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the corporate essence of ’honesty, trust, fairness and excellence’.
